I. Public Hearing
1.4 Compo Parkway/Application WPL #9736-14; Application of Andrew Jones for the construction of a FEMA compliant pool cabana and detached 2 car garage. Work is within the 100 year floodline of Gray’s Creek.
2.333 & 335 Post Road West/Application WPL #9737-14; Application of Barr Associates for the demolition of 3 buildings, the merger of the 2 lots, the construction of surface parking and a parking deck and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback of unnamed wetlands.
