LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on March 5, 2014 the Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
- 21 Owenoke Park/Application WPL#9702-14; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of William A. Achilles Jr. for the elevation and relocation of an existing house, additions new access ways and associated site improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
- 126 Harbor Road/Application WPL #9704-14; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Garrett Wilson for the construction of a new single family residence and associated site improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
- 7 River Lane/P&Z Subdivision Application #14-006; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Ochman Associates for a 2-lot subdivision. The application will be reviewed for drainage and grading recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Commission.
- 23 Meadow lane/Application WPL #9715-14; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Patricia Eberle for the elevation of an existing house and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback of the Sherwood Mill Pond.
- 11 Roosevelt Road/Application WPL #9721-14; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Eric Bernheim for a 2 story addition to an existing residence and associated site improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
- 333 & 335 Post Road West/Application WPL #9724-14; WITHDRAWN BY APPLICANT Application of Barr Associates for the demolition of 3 buildings, the merger of the 2 lots, the construction of surface parking and a parking deck and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback of unnamed wetlands.
- 17 Burritts Landing South/Application WPL #9725-14; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Land-Tech Consultants for the installation of shoreline protection improvements to control bank erosion and protect the existing house. Work is within the WPLO setback of the Saugatuck River.
Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
