(Applications will be reviewed by the Board in the order listed. All interested parties are invited to attend and may comment after being recognized by the Chairman. Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed. Plans and related documents may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.)
I. Public Hearing
1. 21 Owenoke Park/Application WPL#9702-14; Application of William A. Achilles Jr. for the elevation and relocation of an existing house, additions new access ways and associated site improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
2. 126 Harbor Road/Application WPL #9704-14; Application of Garrett Wilson for the construction of a new single family residence and associated site improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
