LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
NOVEMBER 20, 2013

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its November 20, 2013 public hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS WERE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:

1. 335 Post Road West: Application #IWW/M-9620-13 by Waterfront Properties LLC on behalf of Joseph & Tracy Troy to amend wetland boundary map #B7.
2. 6 Sharp Turn Road, 2 Ledgemoor Lane, 39 Coleytown Road: Application #IWW/M-9625-13 by Town of Westport on behalf of SIR Development, LLC, 2 Ledgemoor Lane LLC, and Elda Capitol Corporation respectively, to amend wetland boundary maps #E10, E10, and D16 respectively.

Application, plans, and decision may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
