LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
October 3, 2013

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decision on October 3, 2013 at a Show Cause Hearing held in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Water Courses Act and the “Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses.”

2 Ledgemoor Lane: The decision to issue a Cease and Correct Order to 2 Ledgemoor Lane LLC, (c/o Lale Varoglu and Joseph Sciarrino for alteration of existing drainage patterns and associated work within wetands without a permit was REVISED with conditions.

The file may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
