LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

 

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on September 4, 2013, the Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:

  1. 4 Pier Way Landing/Application WPL #9496-13; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Scott Farquharson for the construction of a garage addition with a room above.  Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
  2. 37 Compo Beach Road/Application WPL #9539-13; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Patricia Miller for the removal of a pervious on-grade patio and the installation of a smaller raised pervious patio.  Work is within the 100 year floodline of Gray’s Creek (Saugatuck River).
  3. 15 Hermit Lane/Planning & Zoning Subdivision Application #13-041; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS  Application of Barr Associates for a subdivision of property to create 2 new lots for a total of 3 lots.  The application will be reviewed for drainage and grading recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Commission.


 

Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
