(Applications will be reviewed by the Board in the order listed. All interested parties are invited to attend and may comment after being recognized by the Chairman. Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed. Plans and related documents may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.)
I. Public Hearing
- 4 Pier Way Landing/Application WPL #9496-13; Application of Scott Farquharson for the construction of a garage addition with a room above. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
- 37 Compo Beach Road/Application WPL #9539-13; Application of Patricia Miller for the removal of a pervious on-grade patio and the installation of a smaller raised pervious patio. Work is within the 100 year floodline of Gray’s Creek (Saugatuck River).
- 15 Hermit Lane/Planning & Zoning Subdivision Application #13-041; Application of Barr Associates for a subdivision of property to create 2 new lots for a total of 3 lots. The application will be reviewed for drainage and grading recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Commission.
