LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of August 12, 2013 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 4 The Fenway:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9552-13 by Gault Energy on behalf of Thomas Reynolds for a generator.
2. 3 Michele Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9553-13 by RI Pools Inc. on behalf of Mike Gordon for an inground pool, fence, and mechanicals.
3. 85 Richmondville Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9554-13 by RI Pools Inc. on behalf of Mark Ratcliffe for a retaining wall.
4. 19 Roosevelt Road:  Application #WPL/E-9555-13 by John Dwyer on behalf of Diane and Dick Burns to elevate residential structure 5 feet with exterior stairs.
5. 10 Silent Grove North:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9556-13 by Peter Greenberg on behalf of Kim Harizman for a new single family residence.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
