1. Call to order review of minutes from previous meetings of 7/11 and 7/18,
2. Discuss the presentations of PJ Smith, RBA Group and Milone and MacBroom including the rating of each- NO final decision in terms of which would be proposed for the Master Planning engagement,
3. Discuss presentation to Board of Finance scheduled for August 7th, it is not intended that we would be asking for funding, session is targeted to an update to the BOF, and an outline of the justification for funding of the consultant fees.
