I PUBLIC HEARING                                                      

 

(At this time interested persons may be heard after being recognized by the chairman.

Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed.  Applications and plans may be seen and examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm  Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.)

 

The Commission will not start a public hearing on any applications after 10:00 p.m.  The Commission will adjourn no later than 11:00 p.m.

 

  1. Amendment #661:  (The following application was opened and continued from 5/30/13 and further continued to7/18/13. Testimony was taken at hearing) Appl. #13-022 Barr Associates, LLC for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §22-2.2.1 (Special Permit Uses) in the Restricted Office-Retail District (RORD), to allow Professional Healthcare Offices and Clinics but excluding Medical Offices and Clinics. 
  2. 8 Imperial Landing:  (The following application was opened and continued from 5/9/13. Testimony has been taken)  Appl. #13-015 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Suzanne Tager Trustee for a clarification of Subdivision Resolution #83-49 regarding the Mean High Water Line Boundary in Condition 7-J and to amend the Conservation easement document in a Res A zone, PID #C06064000. 
  3. 24 Ludlow Road:  (The following application was opened and continued from 5/9/13. Testimony has been taken) Appl. #12-040 by Lawrence P. Weisman/Eric Bernheim for property owned by Beit Chaverim Synagogue for a CAM Special Permit and Site Plan approval for construction of a new synagogue in a Res AA zone, PID #C09060000.
