(Applications will be reviewed by the Board in the order listed. All interested parties are invited to attend and may comment after being recognized by the Chairman. Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed. Plans and related documents may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.)
I. Public Hearing
1. 79 Newtown Turnpike AKA 333 Wilton Road/Application IWW/WPL #9431-13; Application of Land-Tech Consultants for the expansion and modification of an existing parking lot. A portion of the work is within the WPLO setback of unnamed wetlands.
2. 31 Owenoke Park/Application WPL #9463-13; Application of McChord Engineering for the installation of a retaining wall and associated site improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline of Gray’s Creek (Saugatuck River.
3. 6 Harbor Road/Application WPL #9466-13; Application of Lucky Four Realty for the construction of a new house and associated site improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
4. 6 Sea Spray Road/Application WPL #9467-13; Application of William A. Achilles Jr. for the lifting of a house, construction of front and rear entries, an addition and associated site improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
5. 3 Old Mill Road/Application WPL #9468-13; Application of Barr Associates for the lifting of a house, the construction of front and rear entries and associated site improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Sherwood Mill Pond.
6. 15 Apple Tree Trail/Application WPL #9469-13; Application of Barr Associates for the construction of a new house, pool, and associated site improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
7. 295 & 297 Saugatuck Avenue/Application WPL #9470-13; Application of Barr Associates/Peter Cadoux Architects for a proposed lot merger with removal of an existing house and associated amenities and the construction of a new house and associated site improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
