(Applications will be reviewed by the Board in the order listed. All interested parties are invited to attend and may comment after being recognized by the Chairman. Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed. Plans and related documents may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.)
I. Public Hearing
1.54 Harbor Road/Application WPL #9405-13; Application of PB Architects for the elevating of an existing house, a second floor addition and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
2.1076 Post Road East/Application AA, WPL #9408-13; Application of Lawrence P. Weisman and Eric D. Bernheim for an additional curb cut for ingress and egress onto Morningside Drive South. Work is within the WPLO setback of Muddy Brook.
3.6 Marine Avenue/Application WPL #9425-13; Application of Ochman Associates Inc. for the demolition of an existing single family residence and the construction of a new single family residence and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
4.9 Old Mill Road/Application WPL #9428-13; Application of Barr Associates for the lifting of an existing house and associated site improvements. Work is within the 25 year floodline of the Sherwood Mill Pond.
5.79 Newtown Turnpike AKA 333 Wilton Road/Application IWW/WPL #9431-13; Application of Land-Tech Consultants for the expansion and modification of an existing parking lot. A portion of the work is within the WPLO setback of unnamed wetlands.
6.4, 5, 11, & 14 Sunny Lane/Application IWW/WPL #9432-13; Application of Land- Tech Consultants for the excavation of a utility trench within Poplar Plains Brook. Work is within the WPLO setback of Poplar Plains Brook.
