LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION

April 10, 2013

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decision on April 10, 2013 at a Show Cause Hearing held in conformance with the “Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Water Courses Act” and the “Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses:”

5 Chapel Hill Rd:  The decision to issue a Cease and Correct Order to Joshua Hill and Anna Bilowus for clearing within the wetlands and 20 ft upland review area was affirmed with conditions.

The file may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
