LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on April 3, 2013, the Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
- 28 Maple Avenue North/P&Z Subdivision Application #13-009; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Barr Associates for a subdivision of property to create 1 new building lot for a total of 2 lots. The application will be reviewed for drainage and grading recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Commission.
- 68 Harbor Road/Application WPL #9395-13; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Barr Associates for the demolition of an existing house and the construction of a new ho use with associated site improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
- 15 Owenoke Park/Application WPL #9396-13; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Barr Associates for the relocation and elevation of an existing house, a new attached garage and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and the 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
