(Applications will be reviewed by the Board in the order listed. All interested parties are invited to attend and may comment after being recognized by the Chairman. Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed. Plans and related documents may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.)
I. Public Hearing
1.28 Maple Avenue North/P&Z Subdivision Application #13-009; Application of Barr Associates for a subdivision of property to create 1 new building lot for a total of 2 lots. The application will be reviewed for drainage and grading recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Commission.
2.68 Harbor Road/Application WPL #9395-13; Application of Barr Associates for the demolition of an existing house and the construction of a new house with associated site improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
3.15 Owenoke Park/Application WPL #9396-13; Application of Barr Associates for the relocation and elevation of an existing house, a new attached garage and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and the 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
