Conservation Department Notice of Decisions

LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of February 4, 2013 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

 

  1. 58 Clapboard Hill Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9350-13 by Glen Gate Company on behalf of Joseph & Teresa McCartin to construct a 20’ X 13’ gazebo, pergola, patio, stepping stones and associated landscaping.
  2. 10 Northgate Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9352-13 by Chiari Landscape LLC on behalf of Meghan & Frank Foster to construct a new outside patio, wall and fireplace and driveway addition.
  3. 1 Lookout Trail:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9354-13 by JMKA Architects on behalf of Kenneth & Michele Gersh to replace the existing deck with new deck and screened porch and interior renovations.
  4. 5 Glenwood Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9355-13 by Tidewater Electronics on behalf of Susan & An Hand for a generator.
  5. 6 Half Mile Common:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9356-13 by Northeast Generator on behalf of Dawn Shmaruk for a generator.
  6. 2 Driftwood Point:  Application #WPL/E-9357-13 by Lawrence Miller on behalf of Ann & John Shaw for a generator.
  7. 8 Clover Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9358-13 by Andrew & Elizabeth Shoup for a generator.

 The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
