The Westport Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 in Town Hall Room 201 for the following purposes:
PUBLIC HEARING
- To elect Historic District Commission officers for the year 2013.
- To hear Chairman’s report and update on current HDC activities.
- To approve the minutes of the January 8, 2012 public hearing.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application for proposed replacement of guardrails at 269-296 Main Street located in the Gorham Avenue Historic District.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application for proposed installation of solar panels and related signage at 61 Jesup Road located in the Jesup Road Historic District.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 282 North Avenue identified on the Historic Resources Inventory as the Galvin House c. 1934.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 4 Berkeley Place.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 14 Greenwood Lane.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 160 Long Lots Road.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 131 Morningside Drive South.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 36 Warnock Drive.
