Historic District Commission Public Hearing Revised Agenda

LEGAL NOTICE AND AGENDA REVISED**


The Westport Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 in Town Hall Room 102 for the following purposes: 


PUBLIC HEARING


1. To elect Historic District Commission officers for the year 2013.


2. To hear Chairman’s report and update on current HDC activities.  


3. To approve the minutes of the December 11, 2012 public hearing.  


4. To continue to review and comment on proposed Text Amendment No. 652/P&Z Appl #12-044, to modify various Sections of the Zoning Regulations including §11-2.3.12, §11-2.4.5, §32-18.5(d) to allow Guest House/Tourist Home establishments.


5. To discuss possible options for the preservation of the Queen Anne style house (Gunn House), c. 1885 at 35 Church Lane as it relates to the Bedford Square Development project.


6. Upon the request of the owner, to determine the eligibility of the property at 1 Greenbrier Road for a Special Permit for Historic Residential Structures application.


7. **To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 163 Compo Road South identified on the Historic Resources Inventory.


8. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 6 Green Acre Lane.


9. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 4 Westfair Drive.


10. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 1 Sniffen Road.


11. *To  take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 24 Sterling Drive.


12. *To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 6 Parsell Lane.
