LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
SEPTEMBER 19, 2012
Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its September 19, 2012 public hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION WAS APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:
1. 7 Pebble Beach Lane: Application #WPL-9176-12 by James Tomoda and Trisha Cartelli Tomoda to demolish an existing one-story garage and rebuild a two-story addition with garage on first floor and master bedroom above. Work is within the 25yr floodplain of the Saugatuck River and WPLO boundary.
Application, plans, and decision may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
