LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of July 2, 2012 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 30 Charcoal Hill Road:  AA,WPL/E-9145-12 by Paul Lauterbach on behalf of Leslie Kimball & David Kappos for a septic repair.
2. 61 Maple Avenue South:  AA,WPL/E-9150-12 by RI Pools Inc on behalf of Chester Kutcha to construct a pool, spa, patio, fence and mechanicals.
3. 79 Richmondville Avenue:  AA,WPL/E-9151-12 by Milton Development on behalf of 79 Richmondville LLC for a new single family home and associated drainage and grading.
4. 54 Center Street:  AA,WPL/E-9152-12 by Denise & John Kuendig for the installation of a generator.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays
