LEGAL NOTICE AND AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Municipal Employees Pension Board will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 8:45 A.M. in Town Hall, Room 201A for the following purposes:

1.         To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the April 11, 2012 meeting of the Westport Municipal Employees Pension Board.

2.         To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Jane Cirino, Board of Education employee, to retire effective retroactive to July 1, 2012 with a ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Modified Cash Refund and Life Annuity pension benefit option.

3.         To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Vivian Duncan, Board of Education employee, to retire effective November 1, 2012 with a Modified Cash Refund and Life Annuity pension benefit option. 

4.         To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Barbara Hunyadi, Board of Education employee, to retire effective retroactive to May 1, 2012 with a 50% Joint and Survivor and Life Annuity pension benefit option.

5.         To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Susan Oakes, Board of Education employee, to retire effective retroactive to July 1, 2012 with a  Modified Cash Refund and Life Annuity pension benefit option.

6.        To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Patricia Pardon, Board of Education employee, to retire effective retroactive to July 1, 2012 with a  50% Joint and Survivor and Life Annuity pension benefit option.

7.         To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Diane Resta, Town of Westport employee, to retire effective retroactive to July 1, 2012 with a 100% Joint & Survivor and Life Annuity pension benefit option.

8.         To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Barbara Valiante, Town of Westport employee, to retire effective August 1, 2012 with a Modified Cash Refund and Life Annuity pension benefit option.
