2. Review of first draft proposal (attached file*) from Hiram Peck and follow up questions,
3. Work towards a proposed outline of RFP type document to planning consultants,
4. Consideration for additional Committee Members,
5. Such other matters as may arise during discussions and update of
Committee members
* Note many of the costs for the steps involved have not been estimated and the Committee and review needs to note this in our review process.
