LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
JUNE 20, 2012
Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its June 20, 2012 public hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS WERE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:
1. 11 Great Marsh Road: Application #WPL-9114-12 by Land-Tech Consultants, Inc. on behalf of David Korus to construct small boat house with bathroom and septic system, to remove the existing pool, spa and patio and construct a new pool and new wood decking. Work is within the WPLO area and the 25-year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
2. 22 Flower Farm Circle: Application #IWW,WPL/E-9117-12 by Thomas Bennett on behalf of Charles & Lisa Teixeira for a proposed 12’ x 25’ master bedroom/closet addition. Portions of the work are within the 50 ft upland review area.
Application, plans, and decision may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
