LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on June 6, 2012 meeting, Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
1. 11 Great Marsh Road/Application WPL#9114-12; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Land-Tech Consultants for the construction of a new boat house and the replacement of an existing pool and patio with a new pool and wood deck. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
2. 5 River Lane 3 Lot Subdivision/Application AA WPL/E #9118-12; WITHDRAWN BY APPLICANT Conservation Department referral to the Flood and Erosion Control Board for recommendations to the Conservation Commission.
Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
