The Westport Conservation Commission will conduct a site visit for orientation purposes only on Monday, April 16, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. to the following properties:
1. 88 Partrick Rd. – request by SellarsLathrop Architects on behalf of Jeff Mayer and Nancy Diamond to amend condition 18 (c) of Res. #IWW,WPL-8293-08 to allow a portion of the driveway to be installed as impermeable.
2. 10 Stony Brook Rd: Request by Donald Lowman to issue an administrative approval for a stonewall relocated in and within the 30 ft upland review area and WPLO area of Stony Brook.
1. 8 Manitou Court: Application #WPL-9066-12 by Roberge Associates Coastal Engineers, LLC on behalf of Ken and Barbara Utting for repair of an existing seawall, planting of a vegetated stabilization slope and an in-kind reconstruction of a pier, ramp and floating dock. Work is within the WPLO area, the 25 year and the 100 year floodplain of the Saugatuck River.
2. 207 Hillspoint Road: Application #WPL-9067-12 by Barr Associates, LLC on behalf of Hideko Kamino & Howard Rateck for the demolition of the existing house and patio and the construction of a new single family residence, deck and a/c shelf with associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO area, the 25 year and the 100 year floodplain of the Sherwood Mill Pond.
Members will meet at the Conservation Department first to carpool. Some sites might be especially wet so appropriate clothing and footwear is recommended. Tick repellant is also encouraged.
