SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given of a Special Meeting of the Westport Conservation Commission pursuant to the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourse Act, and the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses of the Town of Westport (IWW Regulations) to be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. on Zoom, Meeting ID: 827 2088 6850, Passcode: 380853. The Commission shall meet to take such action under the purview of the Town’s IWW Regulations as the meeting may determine with regard to the following: 

Show Cause Hearing: October 15, 2024, 2:00 P.M., On Zoom, Meeting ID: 827 2088 6850, Passcode: 380853

1. 5 Fresenius Road. ( Lot: 94Map: F09) ): In accordance with section 4.2.1 (a), (c),

(d), (e), and (f), 7.1, and 7.3 (h) of the “Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses of the Town of Westport,” a Show Cause Hearing of the Westport Conservation Commission will be held for a Cease & Correct Order issued to the property owners for digging within a wetland and watercourse and removing soil, walls, a pipe, and vegetation.
