LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of September 30, 2024 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 9 Brightfield Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-12010-24 by Joseph Strickland on behalf of Margo Amgott & Craig Stern for an interior renovation and basement exit.
2. 15 Woodhill Road:Application #AA-12012-24 by John Rountree on behalf of Alison & Karsten Djuve to expand the front vestibule, add a new covered porch and a new trellis.
3. 22 Jennie Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-12013-24 by RI Pools on behalf of Kaile Redmer for a pool, patio, mechanicals, drainage and associated site improvements. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
