LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of August 12, 2024 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 395 Main Street:Application #AA,WPL/E-11976-24 by Cindy Tyminski on behalf of Willowbrook Cemetery Inc. for new drives for new burial plots.
2. 10 Tierney Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11983-24 by Patrick Piekarski for a new single family residence, pool, patio, septic, driveway, garage, and associated site improvements.
3. 4 Davis Lane:Application #AA-11989-24 by Jennifer Kirkham to legalize patio and hot tub, build an outdoor fireplace and kitchen.
4. 11 Harbor Road:Application #WPL/E-11990-24 by Michael Forato for an above ground oil tank.
5. 4 Viking Green:Application #AA-11991-24 by Armando DaSilva on behalf of Daniel and Nicole Fox for a pool, patio, pergola and mechanicals. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
