LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of August 5, 2024 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 11 Joann Circle:Application #AA,WPL/E-11969-24 by Michael Siladiu on Andrew King for an addition, a second floor addition and roof expansion.
2. 19 Joann Circle:Application #AA,WPL/E-11977-24 by Mattera Construction Company for a new single family residence, pool, patio, garage, drainage, mechanicals, and associated site improvements.
3. 2 Windy Hill LLC:Application #AA,WPL/E-11980-24 by 2 Windy Hill LLC for a new single family residence, driveway, patio, porch, garage, drainage, and associated site improvements.
4. 64 Roseville Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11985-25 by Bryan Steinhauer on behalf of Mark Tinker for a new single family residence, driveway, garage, pool, patio, drainage, and associated site improvements. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
