Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting held on June 24, 2024, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following actions:

PZ-24-00251, submitted by Moon Gardens, LLC, for property owned by 45 Compo Beach Road, LLC, located in the Residence A zone, Parcel ID #D03016000 to construct a new FEMA compliant single-family dwelling with a detached garage, pool, pervious patios, gravel driveway, drainage structures, and associated site improvements.
