Notice is hereby given that the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic public meeting on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at 7:30 PM for the following purpose:

1. To approve minutes from the March 26, 2024, meeting.

    

2. 35 Beachside Avenue

   To review and comment on the proposed addition to the existing athletic facility at 35 Beachside Avenue (Parcel ID# H05/001/000) submitted by Mike Kozlowski, Claris Design Build, for property owned by Greens Farms Academy. located in Zone AAA. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

    

3. 561 Post Road East

   To review and comment on the proposed façade modification and use of existing ancillary building onsite for floral studio and storage at 561 Post Road East (Parcel ID# E09/067/000) submitted by Jennifer Calliagas, Terrain East, LLC, for property owned by Infinity Westport Manager, located in Zone RBD. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

    

4. 260 Compo Road South

   To review and comment on the proposed renovations to the inn, restaurant, and event space at 260 Compo Road South (Parcel ID# C04/001/000) submitted by Peter Romano, LANDTECH, for property owned by Town of Westport which is located in Zone AAA_AA. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
