Notice is hereby given that the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic public meeting on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at 7:30 PM for the following purpose: 

1. To approve minutes from the December 19, 2023, meeting.

    

2. 222 Riverside Avenue

   To review and comment on the proposed signage at 222 Riverside Avenue (Parcel ID# C08/031/000) submitted by Marty Rogers, Marty Signs, for property owned by Riverside Green Condominium located in Zone RORD3. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals. 

3. To adjourn the meeting.
