NOTICE OF DECISION

The Westport Historic District Commission held an electronic public meeting on 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, for the following purposes:

1. APPROVED a Certificate of Appropriateness application dated January 26, 2024, for proposed new bluestone patio and stone grill surround at 276 Main Street (PID # C11//183/000) which is located within the Gorham Avenue Local Historic District.

    

2. A Certificate of Appropriateness application dated January 16, 2024, for proposed placement of a government-issued Veteran headstone for General Judah at Kings Highway Cemetery (PID # C10//034/000) which is located within the Kings Highway North Local Historic District: Kings Highway North National Historic District.Withdrawn
