LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of November 27, 2023 and December 4, 2023 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 1620 Post Road East:Application #AA,WPL/E-11802-23 by Peter Romano on behalf of 1620 PRE Associates LLC to renovate an existing structure to create a golf facility and café, site improvements including new parking areas, storm drainage, and site landscaping.
2. 40 Silent Grove North:Application #AA,WPL/E-11828-23 by Jason Raymond on behalf of Salvatore Larocca for a detached garage.
3. 12 Reimer Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11833-23 by SA Financial LLC for a second floor addition, porch and two patios.
4. 193 Newtown Turnpike:Application #AA,WPL/E-11838-23 by William Chappa on behalf of Elizabeth Sutton to repair the failing septic system.
5. 12 Cottage Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11840-23 by Brian Carey on behalf of Erin Hallman for a patio and front vestibule.
6. 7 Cob Drive:Application #AA,WPL/E-11853-23 by Jonathan Jacobs for a garage with rooftop deck and drainage.
7. 19 Hale Street:Application #WPL/E-11854-23 by Wendy A Miniter-Griffin for a deck. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
