Conservation Department Legal Notice of Decisions

LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of November 13, 2023 and November 20, 2023 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 15 Tarone Drive:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11810-23 by Marcin Pyda on behalf of Kandarp & Rupalbahen Shah for a second story addition. 
2. 27 Narrow Rocks Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11814-23 by Joseph Tomas for a new single family residence, driveway, deck and drainage. 
3. 27 Narrow Rocks Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11825-23 by Joseph Tomas for a pool and pool equipment.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
