LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of October 30 and November 6, 2023 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 2 Gordon Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11832-23 by David Knesich to construct a new deck in the rear of the residence to replace the existing deck.
2. 9 Old Mill Road:Application #WPL/E-11834-23 by Cyndi Tyminski on behalf of Lynn D & Lavonne RKramer to expand the front deck to create a sitting are, and add a balcony on the second floor.
3. 17 Moss Ledge Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11837-23 by Amandio da Silva on behalf of Chris Montanaro for a pool, mechanicals and retaining walls.
4. 28 Hitchcock Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11839-23 by CT Permit Services on behalf of Saranchon Wongngan for two LP tanks.
5. 49 Evergreen Avenue:Application #AA,WPL/E-11843-23 by Michael Moss for a fence. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
