LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the weeks of October 2 and October 9, 2023 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 124 Compo Road North:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11744-23 by Joan O’Riordan on behalf of the Town of Westport for interior renovations, new septic system, a handicap ramp, new deck and stairs. 
2. 38 Colony Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11795-23 by Chris Neil on behalf of Jeff & Ashley Peate for an addition.
3. 44 Woodside Avenue:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11796-23 by Richard & Rachel Brelsford for a second story addition and breezeway. 
4. 9 Marilane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11815-23 by Susan Vanech for interior renovations and septic system expansion. 
5. 19 Mortar Rock Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11817-23 by Cindy Tyminski on behalf of CLH Mortar Rock LLC for a new single family residence and associated site improvements. 
6. 230 Bayberry Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11818-23 by Joshua and Wendy Schwartz to install a vinyl fence and driveway gate with pillars. 
7. 19 Mortar Rock Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11820-23 by Cindy Tyminski on behalf of CLH Mortar Rock LLC for a pool. 
8. 190 Cross Highway:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11821-23 by Mark Yurkin on behalf of Wendy VanWie for a shed. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
