Conservation Department Legal Notice of Decisions

LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of August 21 and August 28, 2023 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

 

  1. 116 Old Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11777-23 by Justin Giorlando on behalf of Joseph Onischak for driveway changes, addition, patio and drainage.
  2. 23 Gault Park Drive: Application #AA,WPL/E-11779-23 by Peter Romano on behalf of Russell Sherman for a 2-story addition.
  3. 17 Moss Ledge Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11787-23 by Chris Montenaro on behalf of 17 Moss Ledge Rd LLC for a new single family residence, patios, driveway, grading, garage, porch, plantings, and drainage.
  4. 5 Blind Brook Road North: Application #AA,WPL/E-11788-23 by Alex Westwood for an inground pool.
  5. 259 Riverside Avenue: Application #WPL/E-11789-23 by LandTech on behalf of CEG Riverside LLC for cantilevered balconies, ADA compliant ramp, and public accessway.

  7. 25 Ford Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11791-23 by Bridgewater Associates on behalf of 1 Glendinning Place LLC to rebuild retaining wall and trash enclosure.
  8. 21 Beachside Common: Application #WPL/E-11792-23 by William Chappa on behalf of Laura and Atul Lele for a plunge pool, patio expansion, trellis and patio.

 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
