Conservation Department Legal Notice of Decisions

LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of May 1, 2023 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 16A Fresenius Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11726-23 by Maryanne Carriera on behalf of Lot A Fresenius LLC for a pool, patio, mechanicals and drainage. 
2. 294 Saugatuck Avenue:   Application #AA,WPL/E-11730-23 by CT Permit Services on behalf of John & Diane Arigo for an a/c system. 
3. 6 Yankee Hill Road:   Application #AA,WPL/E-11731-23 by CT Permit Services on behalf of Allan Cramer for two 120 gallon propane tanks and gas line. 
4. 12 Maple Avenue North:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11733-23 by Julie & Robert Haroun on behalf of SIR-12 Maple Ave N LLC for a new single family residence, driveway, garage, patio, drainage and associated site improvements. 
5. 32 Highland Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11738-23 by Lang Pools on behalf of Cedar Homes LLC for a pool, hot tub and mechanicals. 
6. 22 Evergreen Avenue:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11739-23 by Marian Byrne for a split rail fence. 
7. 38 Otter Trail:  Application #WPL/E-11741-23 by Catherine Walsh on behalf of Marc Lewis for a new front door with canopy. 
8. 15 Roosevelt Road:  Application #WPL/E-11743-23 by Frederick William Hoag Architect LLC on behalf Minnette Nelson for a 3rd story addition. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
