LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 17, 2023 and April 24, 2023 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 8 Indian Point Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11697-23 by Melissa & Peter Levy to legalize tree house. 
2. 4 River Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11716-23 by Paul Windsor on behalf of Nicholas & Shauna Sarno for patio repair and replacement and regrading. 
3. 3 Bittersweet Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11718-23 by Greg Barron on behalf of Daniel Arato & Amanda Rosenfeld for a front portico addition.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
