CONSERVATION COMMISSION
FIELD TRIP NOTICE

The Westport Conservation Commission will conduct a site visit for orientation purposes only on Friday, February 10, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. to the following properties:

1. 0 Darbrook Road, Vacant Lots 4 and 5: Application #IWW/M-8978-11 and IWW/M- 8979-11 by George A. Frank of Westport Building Co., LLC to amend wetland boundary map E-11.

2. 9 Roosevelt Road: Application #WPL-9017-12 by Patricia M Miller on behalf of 9
Roosevelt Road, LLC (Linda B Feld) for the removal of an existing single family residence and detached garage and the construction of a new single family residence with attached garage and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO area, the 25 year and the 100 year flood zone of Gray’s Creek (Saugatuck River).

3. 11 Woodside Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-8935-11, Request by Thomas Wormser on
behalf of 11 Woodside Lane LLC to allow staff to reissue an administrative approval for house renovation, 2nd story addition and a ground floor addition that was revoked for exceeding the scope of a permit.

Members will meet at the Conservation Department first to carpool. Some sites might be especially wet so appropriate clothing and footwear is recommended. Tick repellant is also encouraged.
