LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Flood & Erosion Control Board took the following actions at an electronic meeting held on March 1, 2023:
I. PUBLIC HEARING
1. 29 Owenoke Park / WPL-11677-23; APPROVED. Application of Bryan Nesteriak on behalf of the owners, David & Betsy Lebow, to demolish an existing single family dwelling and construct a new single-family dwelling, driveway, in-ground swimming pool, retaining walls, patios, and associated grading. The proposed activity is partially within the WPL area of the Saugatuck River.
2. 215 Hillspoint Road / WPL-11683-23; APPROVED. Application of Force Engineering LLC, on behalf of the owner, Carole E. Alexander, to demolish an existing single-family dwelling and construct a new single-family dwelling, driveway, and rain garden. The proposed activity is within the WPL area of the Sherwood Mill Pond.
3. 3 Richmondville Avenue / WPL-11690-23; POSTPONED. Application of 3 Richmondville Westport LLC to construct a new in-ground swimming pool, patio, retaining walls, and associated site improvements. The proposed activity is within the WPL area of Willow Brook.
