Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on January 8, 2024, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action: 

1. APPROVED: 0 & 1 Riverview Road: Coastal Site Plan Appl. #PZ-23-00691 submitted by Cindy Tyminski, Moon Gardens LLC, for properties owned by 0 RIVERVIEW LLC & 1 RIVERVIEW LLC, to construct a new single-family residence, pool, and sports court, with additional site improvements, for properties in Residence A District, PID #C07067000 & #C07068000.
