LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on March 13, 2023, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
- GRANTED: 312 Bayberry Lane: Special Permit/Site Plan Appl. #PZ-23-00041 submitted by Brian Carey of LANDTECH, for property owned by David Herling, for authorization of existing grading, for property located in the Residence AAA district, PID#E18025001.
