Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on February 6, 2023, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:  

1. APPROVED: 34 Owenoke Park: Coastal Site Plan Appl. PZ-22-00706 submitted by William Kenny Associates LLC, to construct a FEMA-compliant, single-family dwelling, pervious driveway, pool and spa, pervious terraces, pergola with an outdoor fireplace, accessory dwelling unit, walkways, and drainage, in the Residence A district, PID#C03018000.  

 

LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION 

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on February 6, 2023, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:  

1. GRANTED: 3 Northgate: Special Permit/Site Plan Appl. #PZ-22-00801 submitted by Tomas Botero, for property owned by Lina Ochoa and Carlos Botero, to authorize non-exempt excavation and fill activities for the construction of a new single-family dwelling with a new septic and drainage system, for property located in the Residence AA district, PID#E11045000.
