Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic public meeting on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at 7:00 PM for the following purpose:
- To approve minutes from the May 2, 2023, meeting.
- To approve minutes from the May 23, 2023, special meeting.
- To review and comment on the proposed signage at 136 Main Street (Parcel ID# C10/142/000) submitted Brian Truong, Birddogs, for property owned by Westfair Inc. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
- To review and comment on the proposed signage at 135 Main Street (Parcel ID# C10/080/000) submitted by Jeffrey Valente, Signarama, for property owned by FDH Group, LLC.Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
- To review and comment on the proposed signage at 72 Main Street (Parcel ID# C10/148/000) submitted by Jeffrey Valente, Signarama, for property owned by ABC Kinship LLC.Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
- To review and comment on the proposed signage at 180 Post Road East (Parcel ID# D09/134/000) submitted by Marc Nadeau, Two Brothers Interiors, LLC, for property owned by JPM Westport LLC.Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
- To adjourn the meeting.
