Conservation Department Legal Notice of Decisions

LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the weeks of August 8, 2022 and August 15, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 28 Charcoal Hill Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11586-22 by George Guidera on behalf of Vivian Hsu for a generator and propane tanks. 
2. 17 Darbrook Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11592-22 by Eric Bernheim on behalf of Dean & Jennifer Landis to legalize a retaining wall, remove part of patio, expand part of patio, expand roof, add a pergola and remove the firepit. 
3. 34 Colony Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11594-22 by Sean Owens on behalf of Liz Archibald to convert a screened porch to a four-season room.
4. 20 Berndale Drive:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11595-22 by Patricia Miller on behalf of Alana Fuscaldo to construct a second story addition, new covered entry, new proposed foyer, extensive interior and exterior renovations. 
5. 15 Oakwood Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11598-22 by Corey Jackson on behalf of Rohan Punsa for an oil tank. 
6. 22 Main Street:  Application #WPL/E-11599-22 by Fredrick Hoag, Architect on behalf of 22 Main Assoc., LLC to flood-proof building, new entry and interior renovations. 
7. 25 Appletree Trail:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11600-22 by Peter Procyk on behalf of Sara Letourneau for a second story addition and interior renovations. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
