Conservation Department Legal Notice of Decisions

LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS
Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of July 11, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 2 Northside Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-11497-22 by Joe LaValle on behalf of Geoff & Eileen Baldwin for a second story addition over the garage.
2. 3 Grist Mill Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-11542-22 by Michael Ridloff for a bluestone patio on a concrete slab.
3. 21 Grassy Plains Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11571-22 by Corey Jackson on behalf of Isaac Savyres for a generator.
4. 165 Riverside Avenue: Application #WPL/E-11572-22 by Nahid Meriwether to replace a dock platform torn out by April storm.
5. 7 Rebel Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11574-22 by Corey Jackson on behalf of Roni Keller for a generator.
