LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS
Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of July 4, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 12 Poplar Plain Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11544-22 by Corey Jackson on behalf of Toni Essertier for a generator.
2. 30 Hitchcock Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11552-22 by Page Rossetter for a pool, patio and mechanicals.
3. 3 Chapel Hill Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11562-22 by Bruce Geller for stabilization of watercourse embankment using coir logs, plantings and erosion control matting.
4. 59 Coleytown Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11565-22 by Corey Jackson on behalf of Raphael Elkirel for a generator.
5. 119 Compo Road South: Application #AA,WPL/E-11567-22 by Renato Gesparro Associates on behalf of Simple Plan Two LLC for a new single family residence, driveway, patio, drainage and associate site improvements.
6. 36 Green Acre Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-11573-22 by Coastal Luxury Homes on behalf of Eric Shapiro & Leora Goren for a partial demolition and construction of a new addition for a 7 bedroom single family residence, septic system, storage barn, sports court, patio and associated site work. Pool not approved at this time.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
