LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of June 20, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 117 Morningside Drive South:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11546-22 by Joseph Carbone on behalf of Ann Sacchetti for a new single family residence, septic, garage, patio, porch, drainage and associated site improvements. 
2. 181 Riverside Avenue:  Application #WPL/E-11556-22 by LandTech on behalf of Ryan Buckley to legalize an existing deck and driveway and associated site work including walls and grading. 
3. 19 Jennie Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11563-22 by Marc Aftab for a generator and propane tanks. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
